Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:

  • Once your order is received, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays). This processing time is separate from the shipping time.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Fridays or during Holidays will begin processing on the next business day (Example- Monday).

SHIPPING CARRIER & SERVICES:

  • We exclusively ship via USPS Ground Services to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.
  • During your checkout process, you will be shown the available shipping methods & their costs.

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your shipment's progress on the USPS website.
  • Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on the location and carrier.
  • Remote or Rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

SHIPPING RATES:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the shipping destination.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount. Check current promotions for details.

DELIVERY ISSUES:

  • If your package is delayed or lost, contact USPS directly using the tracking number provided.
  • All orders with delivery issues where the package is labeled delivered and the customer didn’t receive the package must file a claim with the shipping company.
  • For unresolved issues, reach out to our customer support team at support@cribwearurbanapparel.com for assistance.  If the claim is unsuccessful upon further review we may issue a store credit for the amount of the package that is in question, but is not guaranteed.

UNDELIVERABLE or RETURNED PACKAGES:

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Crib Wear Urban Apparel will not be held responsible for packages returned due to incorrect address discrepancies which include lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.
  • Reshipping fees will apply if the package must be sent out again.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping options.
